Video Critique Release

This Video Critique Release ("Release") is entered into between The Sophie Sparkles Method LLC and the member submitting video footage for critique purposes. By submitting a video for critique you agree to all terms in this Release.

Members submit video footage of themselves dancing or performing for the purpose of receiving coaching feedback from Sophie Pittman. This is a private service — your submission is delivered to Sophie via private message on the Kajabi platform and is not visible to other members.

• Sophie Pittman may view your video footage for the purpose of providing coaching feedback
• Your video may be retained for a reasonable period for follow-up coaching continuity
• Your video will not be shared publicly, on social media, or with any third party without your explicit separate written consent

Occasionally, with member permission only, Sophie may use anonymized or consented footage for educational content, social media, or marketing purposes. This is NEVER automatic. If Sophie wishes to use your footage for any promotional purpose, she will request your explicit written permission separately via the Video and Image Release Form. You are never required to consent to promotional use.

• You retain ownership of all video footage you submit
• You may request deletion of any submitted footage at any time by emailing [email protected]
• You may withdraw consent for any previous promotional use at any time

If the person appearing in the submitted video is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this release on their behalf. The parent or guardian also confirms they have the legal authority to provide this consent.
