Terms of Service

By accessing or using thesparklesmethod.com or any membership products offered by The Sophie Sparkles Method LLC (“The Sparkles Method”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

The Sparkles Method offers three membership tiers:

• Sparkle (Recreational) — $150/month: Full lesson video library, written guides, 1 private video critique per month, community read access, monthly session replay
• Shine (Competitive) — $200/month: Everything in Sparkle plus full community access, 2 private video critiques per month, live monthly group coaching session
• Star (Professional) — $300/month: Everything in Shine plus 1 monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 Zoom session, 3 private video critiques per month, priority community access
  
  

3. BILLING AND PAYMENT

• All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless cancelled
• You authorize The Sparkles Method to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account
• All prices are in USD
  
  

4. REFUND POLICY

Please see our separate Refund Policy document for complete details. In summary: we offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers only. No refunds are issued for completed video critiques or coaching sessions. Partial month refunds are not available.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership until your paid period expires.

6. PLATFORM CONTENT POLICY

All content on The Sparkles Method platform — including but not limited to lesson videos, written guides, PDF downloads, critique responses, and community posts created by Sophie Pittman — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Sophie Sparkles Method LLC.

You May NOT:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any lesson content without written permission
• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Record, screen-capture, or re-upload any platform content to any third-party site
• Use platform content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Resell or sublicense access to any portion of the platform
  
  

Community Standards

• Treat all members and Sophie with respect at all times
• No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory language
• No spam, solicitation, or self-promotion without prior approval
• No sharing of other members’ private video submissions or personal information
• Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund
  
  

7. DISCLAIMER

The Sparkles Method provides dance education and coaching content for informational and instructional purposes. Sophie Pittman is a professional dancer and coach, not a licensed physical therapist, medical provider, or mental health professional. Results from our programs vary by individual. The Sparkles Method makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Consult a medical professional before beginning any new physical training program.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sophie Sparkles Method LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
