โฆ THE LESSON LIBRARY
Real training.
Real results.
Every lesson in The Sparkles Method comes from Sophie's actual professional experience โ the techniques, mindsets, and performance secrets she's used on Grammy stages, in film sets, and in audition rooms. Not theory. The real thing.
WHAT YOU LEARN
Six things every dancer
needs to actually improve
Technique That Sticks
Not just drills โ understanding. Sophie breaks down why technique matters, how to self-correct, and how to make clean movement a habit rather than something you have to think about.
Performance Artistry
The gap between doing steps and actually performing. This is the most undercoached skill in dance โ and it's the one that makes the difference between a dancer who gets noticed and one who doesn't.
Choreo Pickup
How to learn choreography fast, clean it efficiently, and make it your own. The exact process Sophie uses on professional jobs where you get one run-through before cameras roll.
Stage Presence
Eye contact, spatial awareness, intention, energy. How to own a room regardless of whether you're performing at a recital, a competition, or a televised awards show.
Industry Knowledge
For dancers on the professional track โ auditions, agencies, self-tapes, markets, and what working in commercial dance actually looks like day to day. No sugarcoating.
The Mental Game
Rejection, self-doubt, comparison, burnout. The things nobody teaches in a dance class but every serious dancer has to navigate. Sophie teaches from personal experience, not a textbook.
LESSONS BY AGE TRACK
Content made
for your level
The Little Sparkles track is built for dancers ages 6 to 11. Everything here is age-appropriate, fun, and focused on building a genuine love of movement before anything else. Sophie doesn't treat young dancers as small adults โ she meets them where they are with content that challenges them just enough and celebrates them constantly.
Lessons focus on musicality, body awareness, creative movement, and the joy of performing. Technical foundations are introduced in a way that makes sense for young bodies and young minds.

SOPHIE'S APPROACH
How I teach and
why it works
From experience, not theory
Every lesson comes from something Sophie has lived โ a rehearsal, an audition, a correction she received on a professional job. Not textbook choreography or generic advice.
Technique and artistry together
Most programs teach one or the other. Sophie teaches both โ and more importantly, she teaches you how they connect. Clean technique without performance quality is only half the picture.
The whole dancer, not just the dancing
Mindset, identity, resilience โ Sophie addresses the mental side of dance because she knows it's often what separates dancers who make it from dancers who give up.
New content every week
The library grows constantly. New lessons are added weekly following the 52-week content plan โ so there is always something new to learn, no matter how long you've been a member.
"I don't teach steps. I teach dancers how to think, how to perform, and how to keep growing โ no matter what stage they're on or what stage of their career they're in."โ SOPHIE PITTMAN
