Refund Policy

First-Time Subscribers

If you are a first-time subscriber to The Sparkles Method and are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, email address, and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

We do not offer partial month refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid billing period.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Video Critiques

Once a video critique has been completed and delivered to the member, it is non-refundable. If a critique has been purchased but not yet delivered, a full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Resume or Self-Tape Reviews

Once a resume or self-tape review has been completed and delivered, it is non-refundable. If purchased but not yet started, it is refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Agent Guidance Calls

Agent guidance calls follow the same cancellation policy as 1-on-1 coaching sessions.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

• Your full name and email address on file
• The service or membership tier you are requesting a refund for
• The date of purchase
• The reason for your request

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
