Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Sophie Sparkles Method LLC ("The Sparkles Method") and the individual purchasing a membership subscription ("Member"). By completing your purchase you agree to all terms in this Agreement.

Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription. The specific tier, price, and included services are determined at the time of purchase and displayed on your checkout page. By subscribing you authorize automatic monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Your membership includes access to the content and services specified for your chosen tier as described on our pricing page. Included services are subject to reasonable availability. Monthly video critiques and 1-on-1 sessions (where included) do not roll over to the following month if unused.

Your membership automatically renews on the same date each month. You will receive an email receipt each time your membership renews. To cancel auto-renewal, log into your account settings or email [email protected] before your next billing date.

We reserve the right to change membership prices with 30 days advance notice. Notice will be provided via email to the address on file. Your continued subscription following the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

• Maintain the security of your account login credentials
• Keep your payment information current and up to date
• Use the platform in accordance with our Terms of Service and Community Standards
• For members under 18: a parent or guardian must have consented to this membership

Upon successful payment, access to your membership content is granted immediately. Access is limited to the tier purchased. Content may be updated, added, or modified at any time. We reserve the right to remove content from the platform with reasonable notice.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Member may cancel via account settings or by email. The Sparkles Method may terminate a membership for violation of Terms of Service, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity. Termination by The Sparkles Method for cause does not entitle the Member to a refund.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Membership Agreement and all associated policies including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
