1. WHO SOPHIE PITTMAN IS
Sophie Pittman is a SAG/AFTRA professional dancer and dance educator with credits including So You Think You Can Dance, the Grammy Awards, the VMAs, the Billboard Music Awards, The Masked Singer, Good Morning America, The Ellen Show, and the New York Knicks City Dancers. She has worked under the direction of choreographers including Fatima Robinson, Mandy Moore, Jaquel Knight, Laurie Ann Gibson, and Sean Bankhead.
Sophie Pittman is a highly experienced professional in the field of dance performance and education. She brings real-world professional experience to her coaching and is genuinely committed to the growth and development of every student she works with.
2. WHO SOPHIE PITTMAN IS NOT
Sophie Pittman is NOT any of the following:
- A licensed physical therapist or sports medicine professional
- A licensed medical doctor or healthcare provider
- A licensed mental health professional, counselor, or therapist
- A certified personal trainer or fitness instructor
- A licensed nutritionist or dietitian
Nothing in any lesson, critique, coaching session, written guide, community post, or communication from The Sparkles Method should be interpreted as medical advice, physical therapy, mental health counseling, or any other licensed professional service.
3. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WARNING
Dance coaching involves physical movement. All participants engage in physical dance activities at their own risk. The Sparkles Method strongly recommends that all members:
- Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new physical training program
- Inform Sophie Pittman of any existing injuries, physical limitations, or health conditions before participating in live coaching sessions
- Listen to their body and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort
- Ensure their practice space is safe, clear of obstacles, and appropriate for physical movement

The Sparkles Method provides dance education and coaching content for instructional and developmental purposes. Individual results vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to: existing skill level, frequency of practice, physical ability, age, and personal commitment. The Sparkles Method makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, career advancement, audition success, or any other result from participation in our programs.
