Cancellation Policy

QUICK SUMMARY

You can cancel anytime. No penalties. No questions required. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time using either of the following methods:

• Log into your account at thesparklesmethod.com, go to Account Settings, and select Cancel Membership
• Email [email protected] with your name and the subject line "Membership Cancellation"

What Happens When You Cancel

• Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain full access to your membership until your paid period expires — you are not cut off immediately
• You will not be charged again after your cancellation is processed
• Your account data and progress are retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you choose to return

When to Cancel

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Your renewal date is the same date each month as your original signup date. You can find your next renewal date in your account settings.

Reactivating After Cancellation

You may reactivate your membership at any time by logging back into your account and selecting a membership tier. If you return within 90 days your content progress will be restored. Previous member pricing is not guaranteed upon reactivation.

1-on-1 Sessions, Intensives, and Calls

• Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your session: full refund or free reschedule
• Cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your session: non-refundable, one complimentary reschedule may be offered at Sophie's discretion
• No-show (failure to join within 15 minutes of session start time): non-refundable, session is forfeited
• If Sophie needs to cancel due to illness or emergency: full refund or priority reschedule, your choice

How to Cancel a Session

Use your Calendly confirmation email to cancel or reschedule directly. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, contact [email protected] with your name and session date as soon as possible.

• If you have purchased a video critique but have not yet submitted your footage, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase
• Once your video has been submitted and Sophie has begun her review, the critique is non-refundable
• Completed critiques that have been delivered are non-refundable
