Add-On Session Agreement

This Add-On Session Agreement ("Agreement") governs all individually purchased coaching services offered by The Sophie Sparkles Method LLC through thesparklesmethod.com. By booking and purchasing any add-on session or service, you agree to all terms in this Agreement.

• 1-on-1 Coaching Session (30 minutes — $75)
• 1-on-1 Coaching Session (60 minutes — $135)
• Choreo Pickup Intensive (60 minutes — $95)
• Performance Artistry Session (45 minutes — $85)
• Resume and Self-Tape Review ($55)
• Parent Guidance Call (20 minutes — $45)

All live sessions are booked via Calendly and conducted via Zoom. Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automatic Zoom link via email. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working Zoom account and internet connection before your session.

• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the session: full refund or reschedule at no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: non-refundable, may be rescheduled once at discretion
• No-shows (failure to join within 15 minutes of start time): non-refundable, session forfeited
• If Sophie Pittman cancels due to illness, emergency, or scheduling conflict, you will receive a full refund or priority reschedule

• Sessions are conducted in a professional, respectful environment
• Come prepared with specific goals, questions, or material to work on
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival
• Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination without refund

Sessions may be recorded by Sophie Pittman for quality assurance and educational content development purposes. You will be informed at the start of the session if it is being recorded. You may opt out of recording at any time by stating your preference at the start of the session. Recordings will not be shared publicly without your explicit written consent via our Video and Image Release Form.

For any session where the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the Minor Participant Release Form before the session takes place. We recommend that a parent or guardian be present or available during sessions with participants under 18.

Sophie Pittman is a professional dancer and coach. She is not a licensed physical therapist, medical provider, or mental health professional. Coaching advice is provided for educational and performance improvement purposes only. Participants engage in physical dance activities at their own risk. Consult a medical professional before beginning any new physical training program.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms in this Agreement.
