Acceptable Use Policy

THE SPARKLES METHOD COMMUNITY STANDARD

The Sparkles Method is built on the belief that every dancer — regardless of age, level, or background — deserves to learn in a safe, encouraging, and respectful environment. This Acceptable Use Policy exists to protect that environment for every member.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all members of The Sparkles Method platform, including all membership tiers, all community participants, and anyone who interacts with Sophie Pittman or other members through any feature of the platform.

• Asking questions — no question is too basic or too advanced
• Sharing your progress, wins, and breakthroughs with the community
• Offering kind, constructive encouragement to fellow members
• Engaging authentically and honestly with the content and coaching
• Communicating openly with Sophie about what you need from your membership

Harassment and Disrespect

• No bullying, harassment, intimidation, or personal attacks directed at any member or Sophie Pittman
• No discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or body type
• No body shaming or negative commentary about any member's physical appearance or ability
• No threatening, aggressive, or abusive language in any form

Inappropriate Content

• No sexual, explicit, or adult content of any kind
• No graphic violence or disturbing content
• No content that is illegal in the United States
• No content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights

Spam and Solicitation

• No unsolicited promotional content, advertisements, or spam in any community category
• No promoting your own services, programs, or products without explicit prior approval from Sophie Pittman
• No affiliate links or referral codes posted without permission
• No repetitive posting of the same content

Privacy Violations

• No sharing of another member's private video submissions, direct messages, or personal information
• No recording or screenshotting other members' content without their consent
• No sharing of Sophie Pittman's private coaching responses outside the platform

Account Misuse

• No sharing your login credentials with any other person
• No creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban
• No attempting to access content outside your membership tier
• No scraping, downloading, or automated access to platform content

All lesson content, written guides, critique responses, and materials created by Sophie Pittman are the intellectual property of The Sophie Sparkles Method LLC. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any platform content without written permission. Content you post in the community remains your property, but by posting you grant The Sparkles Method a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

Violations May Result In:

• A warning message from Sophie Pittman or platform administration
• Temporary suspension of community posting privileges
• Permanent removal from the community
• Termination of membership without refund for serious violations
• Legal action for violations involving intellectual property theft, harassment, or illegal conduct

Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Appeal" within 14 days of the action. We will review all appeals fairly and respond within 5 business days.

If you witness a violation of this policy, please report it to [email protected] with:

• A description of the violation
• The date and location (which community category or message thread) where it occurred
• Any screenshots if applicable

All reports are confidential. We take every report seriously and respond within 2 business days.

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email and a platform announcement. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance.
